I’m a chiropractor with a background in sports and rehabilitation, based at Woodland Wellbeing Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

I trained at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota — a rigorous institution with a strong clinical science emphasis — and worked in sports chiropractic practice in the US before relocating to the UK.

My approach combines thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and progressive rehabilitation — with the aim of helping you understand what’s going on, recover well, and build the capacity to stay that way. I’m interested in what’s actually driving your problem, not just where it hurts.
